Unable to boot my ORION O6

I’m just received my orion O6 and I flash the nvme with the debian preinstalled provided.
After I try to boot, and during the boot, the boot crash at a random point (never the same).
We try with many different NVME and we got always the same result.

In order to success to boot, we use a NVME to USB 3 case and boot from USB, but performance will be poor and not acceptable.

Any idea ?

You can check the md5sum or hash of iso inside the OS booted from USB.
Maybe the ISO has broken.
I don’t know why this happened, but I’ve tried few times when flashing the ISO into USB.

Thanks for your answer but I don’t think the issue come from the checksum because we have flash many disk with the ISO and It doesn’t boot as we plug it into NVME but if we put it into USB case, it boots !

As we connect a disk onto NVME we can’t boot anymore. We try to boot with an USB key with a NVME disk plugged and it also doesn’t boot.

Have you tried installing ubuntu 25.04? Maybe also flash the latest bios image?

We have followed quick start guide

And yes we have updated the bios and still the same …

I have made different tries, and always the same, I begin to believe it is a hardware problem on my board.
How I can contact the After Sales service to make some checks ?

If you have updated BIOS recently, have you completely removed power since? That was needed as users have reported various dysfunction when they did not do that.

Yes many times, and power was cut all the night yesterday and still the same …

Are you using 0.3.0-1 BIOS and orion-o6-debian12-preinstalled-desktop-b6.img image?

Yes I have exactly these versions
and when I make a mem test (using USB boot) I got a lot of errors

Maybe could explain a lot of things
