SATA HAT Top board installation on DietPi

Hi

I have trouble running the command provided by Radxa Wiki
(curl -sL https://rock.sh/get-rockpi-sata | sudo -E bash -).
I think that I’ve been able to install it before, using DietPi. But since 2022 I get this:
*** The script is not available on your system
*** Please visit https://rock.sh/rockpi-sata to download and install manually.
I’m not sure how to manually install it.

Please help!

Has anybody alse this problem or am I doining something wrong?
Under Raspberry OS it installs right away.

Any Ideas?

just tested under fresh installed DietPi v8.0.2
starts without issues

That is simple installation script - just view it and find what is different on Your system, the only thing it does it’s detecting raspberry pi os (previously: raspbian) or ubuntu. If Your system reponds with something different this message is displayed.
Maybe on newer versions Your system is based on bullseye? I would find out what is inside of raspbian and ununtu version and it may be ease to adapt to most of systems.

I ran ( curl -sL https://s3.setq.io/rockpi/sh/quad-sata/raspbian.sh | sudo -E bash - ) and got it working.
I indeed use the latest bullseye DietPi which is debian based. It used to be raspberry OS, I didn’t know that.
Maybe this addition should also be posted inside the installation guide.

Thanks a lot, always nice to be able to rely on community support!

This has been broken for as long as I’ve had my RockPi 4c. Would love a fix but sadly have given up.

I’m sure if any of you got this to work. You’re not using a 4c.
