RTC battery does not keep time

Hello.
Connected RTC battery (https://wiki.radxa.com/Rock3/hardware/rtc) to rock3a board,
but the time is not saved after turning off and on.

Time to install like this:

date --set "Mar 18 11:39:30 2022"

Battery voltage: 3.28v

Or am I not setting the time correctly?
