Can’t help as I don’t have a Rock5B+.
It is build directly from Radxa sources, so something must be wrong with their code.

boots up well buddy. right now i am setting it up. will give you feedback once i check its performance. Any trick to overclock my 5b+ to improve Performance ?
Update: thanks for the Firmware, it’s snappy but this strange 1h automatic switching off of the device without any reason is killing my movie/webseries watching experience. Any solution for that ? Or at least know the reason why it’s happening like that ?

apologize mr @mo123. i am getting bootloop with the latest rock5b GPT image, installed on 16gb emmc and sd card.
using 4gb ram rock5b btw.
my usb-to-ttl adapter is broke, cant get necessary debug output.
-please ignore this message, i think my rock5b bricks, same boot loop persist on older image too. change the usb-c cable and its boot just fine, what a silly rookie mistake
is there any possibility that i could have low power state disabled on rock5b? on rock5a android rom, the device doesnt go to the low power state mode, so the display could get woken up with cec control or usb remote.
power consumption are not my concern as the device is idling at around 1.5w-2.5w. its already power efficient to begin with.

@mo123 can you look into the 1 hour auto shutdown i’ve tried all combinations in the settings this won’t go, thanks for a great image too

ok now reformatted rom drive to exFAT ,no need for btrfs ,as might be hard to do in android
I second this finding. In the latest Firmware from mo123, even I am experiencing the same 1 hour auto shutdown. I brought up this issue before also with the developer. But somehow he did not seem to show any interest in dissecting it and providing a solution. I don’t know why.
But apart from that the rest options including t it’s features are great. So I am enjoying it. Thanks to him anyway…
