Power source for 4 x 2TB HDD 3,5"

Hello,

will I be able to power 4 x 2TB HDD 3,5" directly from the SATA HAT using a 12V 5A, 60w 2,1 x 5,5 mm power adapter or do I need to power them via a dedicate PSU? Was thinking about ordering 22 pins SATA cables but want to be sure.
