For the first issue that sounds like a power supply problem. Please make sure your USB hub (if it has one) and Zero’s power supply is sufficient.

I use the Rapsberry 4 Power Supply. Is this not enough?

The radxa zero needs no high power, so anything is enough for it, Raspberry power supply is way more than enough. Try to use a simple usb type-c otg for connecting the keyboard only. After the os is installed, then you can use your original adapter i think.
