Can't reach SuperSpeed / USB 3.0

hello

I’m stuck on getting the HAT running on USB 3.0. If I connect it directly, it claims that cable not good. So it fails back to usb 2.0. Tested the ports on Raspberry with a SanDisk which reports correctly. If I add a USB 3.0 Hub and connected the HAT & SanDisk to it. It reports:

root@raspberrypi:~# lsusb -t

Then usb should be ok, are You sure you supply enough power?

Using a 12V 5A powersupply

Have You checked that with multimeter on both hat and pi?

Finally I found time. What I checked now is on the HAT
12V = 11.97V
5V = 4.98V
3.3V = 3.2V

Do you have some tips where else to test?

atm: as it does not work stable, i currently replaces it but hope it will work some time

Pi will be unstable if it’s voltage drops below 4.8V, for sata hat there can be some peak on initialisation :confused:
check out rpi hat pins for voltages, You have both 3,3 and 5v there

can i use the floppy connector with a ATX PSU for powersupply (testing)
