Neither the bluetooth or wifi are not working on Windows 10. Have plugged in the antenna as required. Anybody else having this problem?

Yes, executing “bcmdhd63.inf”. Isn’t it … but doesn’t appear neither BT or WiFi 
I have installed https://dl.radxa.com/rockpix/drivers/windows/ROCKPiX_driver_archive_20200904.zip and execution of “bcmdhd63.inf is successful and no wifi adapter appears in ipconfig command , Please see below
I also used “Quick driver updater” program and it shows broadcom wifi adapter driver as upto date
