Youtube only goes to 720p (debian and RebornOS)

Alright,

I have the M.2 WiFi module and it seems to be working well. Speedtests show that I’m hitting good speeds but Youtube through Chromium or Firefox only offers up to 720p resolution. 1080 is not even on the list.

I tried with Radxa’s most recent Debian image and with RebornOS. Same result on both.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue? What could be wrong?

Yes, my monitor is capable of 1080p and the OS display configuration shows that it is set to 1080p.

you might want to check whether your browser supports hardware acceleration. There should be equite a few topics on that matter here on the forums
