Yocto configure GPIO pins

I’ve built Yocto Dunfell
How can I configure GPIO pins with I2C enabled?
https://wiki.radxa.com/Rockpi4/dev/libmraa says
modify /boot/hw_intfc.conf to enable pwm0,pwm1,uart2,uart4,i2c2,i2c6,i2c7
but there are no /boot/hw_intfc.conf

vi /run/media/mmcblk0p4/hw_intfc.conf
