X4 Win 11 blue screen after waking from sleep

Hello there,

I have installed Win 11 Pro on the X4 and almost every time when I wake up the system from sleep, I get a blue screen and have to restart. Any ideas how to resolve?

I have the 12 GB version and an Integral NVMe SSD installed. Bios version is 4. I tried disabling fast startup and PCI Express Link State Power Management but this did not help.

Hello friend

  • What is the code when wake up from sleep?
  • Maybe upgrade Intel UHD Driver from intel help
  • Disconnect peripheral devices, such as USB
  • How about Hibernate
  • Run full memory tests

Thanks! I installed the latest Intel UHD Driver (32.0.101.679). I have no USB devices connected and memory tests found nothing. I will come back if the issue persists after the driver update.
