[X2L] Freezing when attempting to run Windows installation

Installed a Crucial M.2 1TB SSD into the X2L 4GB memory version SBC.

This system has BIOS 14 installed as discussed above.

Tried installing Windows 10 on the system and get the same error as the OP. It hangs while trying to load the Windows 10 installer. The KingSpec M.2 1TB SSD on the other systems work correctly, so it appears MFG dependent whether it will work or not.

Sorry it is a KingSpec M.2 2280 NVMe 1TB SSD from NewEgg. This is the part:
KingSpec SSD 1TB Internal Solid State Drive M.2 NVMe 2280 PCIe Gen 3.0X4 Computer Disk Data Storage NAND Flash.
