Is it possible for 5V GPIO pins to supply voltage only when board is powered on? Currently they’re constantly supplying voltage regardless of board’s power state.

Not possible at the moment because the 5V power is not controlled by software. Maybe we can add this feature in the next hardware revision. You can also add a power control logic and use rp2040 to control the power.
Thank you for the idea. How about the USB ports? Is there an option in the BIOS to disable power output while board is powered off?
