I’ve just testet Armbian_23.02.0-trunk_Rock-5b_jammy_legacy_5.10.110_kde-plasma_desktop.img.xz
from https://github.com/Headcrabed/armbian-rock5b-images/releases/tag/20230102-0848.
System boots up, but no X-server is starting.

Official Armbian releases are available here, and nightly test images of Armbian can be downloaded here.
The one you’ve downloaded is some custom-made stuff, please ask the person who made it.

Exactly - Armbian is free to use, get build or build yourself, but they won’t waste their time for custom build with some changes that can introduce any bugs. @linuxfriend - if your out of official release channel then you are on your own, maybe person who compiled that build may support You.
