I have two Rock Pi 4C+ They are both working with Debian 11 Bullseye. I have installed mariadb, dbeaver and am in the process of getting WordPress to work. I will be using a static IP . Anyone in this thread running WordPress? How is it working for you?

There is some optimization for PHP8 on ARM, so be sure to use this one. While You can install all components on system and run WP from that it’s just much better today to containerize such things, would be harder to start, but much easier to do maintenance and replace needed puzzles.
I agree with @dominik. Alongside OMV 7 I’m running CasaOS, which is what I’m using to manage containers. I found they provide a greater degree of compatibility, as in the case of my VPN setup that stopped working after an OS upgrade, but which works great in a container.
