Windows won't recognize R Zero to erase eMMC

I wanted to reflash it but apparently the pc does not see it, if I load the system on the SD the internal memory obviously bypasses it
I followed erasing guide: https://wiki.radxa.com/Zero/dev/maskrom#Enable_maskrom

but boot helper don’t recognize, and I can’t RUN erase.bin

any suggestion for Win 10?
thanks

I assume that you already installed https://zadig.akeo.ie/ for windows…if you did.
you can Use RZ USB Boot Helper to Run “rz-udisk-loader.bin” Then it will recognize your device.

Maybe the boot switch is not fully pressed? It doesn’t seem to respond to just a fingertip; you need to use something harder, like the edge of a thumbnail or a microsd card. Do you get the bootloader string in a serial console?
