issue

1. WIFI don’t work (Error Code 10 This device cannot start)
2. 2 Device no driver install

I am having the same issue …reinstall Windows and nothing, there is a post here that say you have to install intel graphic driver and it should work …but nothing for me at this point

I found a solution

This allowed me to get rid of some of the unknown devices in device manager and I also did this

broadcom 802.11ac

You have to move the file into a folder then restart the board and then look for available networks (I did it trough troubleshoot)
