Why cant i make the temps show on my raxda x4 using windows 11

i already updated to bios V004 and also installed all listed drivers here https://docs.radxa.com/en/x/x4/driver (including the ISH driver)… am i missing something or a setting in BIOS that i need to enable?

Third-party software such as aida64 or hwinfo or coretemp can show CPU temperature under Windows11

i actually tried the offiicial and 3rd party way to show temps… i cant seem to find the temp readings anywhere… on other PCs and SBCs … they just show right away… here is a screenshot I have using openhardwaremonitor …

Here is LibreHardwareMonitor on mine - I think OpenHardwareMonitor is no longer under development, Libre is a fork still actively developed.
