Why can't I download "linux-source-4.4.243-legacy-rockpis"

My “Sources. list” has the following contents:

I can use “apt-cache search” to search for the file but can’t download it.

root@rockpi-s:/home/linux# apt-cache search Linux-source-4.4.243-legacy
linux-source-4.4.243-legacy-rockpis - This package provides the source code for the Linux kernel 4.4.243

Run “Apt-get Update” and then “Apt-get source Linux-source-4.4.243-Legacy - Rockpis” display:

first thing I see:

You have to be case sensitive if you work on linux

In the answer of you apt-cache search :

But you requested:

But this will still not help you, because it looks like this package is missing on the source server.

I think you have to ask your question to Ubuntu Support, because in your sources.list I only see official ubuntu sources.
