Where can I find the RK3308 Loader binary

Hi,

I am trying to load debian onto the nand flash of the RockPiS.

I am following the instructions from: “https://wiki.radxa.com/RockpiS/dev/sdnand-install”

For step 3, where do I find the rk3308_loader_uart0_m0_emmc_port_support_sd_20190717.bin binary file?
