What are the 4pin 2x2 next to the HDMI micro input?

Does anyone know what the 4 pins are for and what is the pin out of this?
Power supply? Front Panel Controls for like Pico-ITX case?

POE Header Pins. Same layout as the Raspberry pi 3B & 4.

Thanks, I feel like an idiot I just found a better layout of the board and it showed PoE.
