USB3 port does not work

I had a similar problem in the past, it was solved with a factory restore of the UEFI settings.

Now the problem is there again, the USB3 port of my RockPi-X rev1.3 does not work, when I connect a USB drive nothing happens, the drive is not visible in UEFI menu. If I use the same drive on another USB2.0 port it works without problems, both in UEFI and Lubuntu.

I already tried to flash latest BIOS a couple of times, and I also tried to restore the settings several times.

Any idea? Could someone with a working USB3 attach the list of UEFI settings regarding USB, in southbridge menu?

I had the same issue…where I wouldn’t even get any of the USB to work flipped the switch on bottom side of board and it worked again. hopefully this is what your referring to.
