USB3.0 and Ubuntu 18.04 Support

I just ran into a roadblock with my robot project and discovered that a single USB 3.0 port (that comes on an atomic pi… which doesn’t have any other usb ports) doesn’t provide enough bandwidth to support a Kinect AND anything else (not even a lowly arduino connected to it).

The way I read the specs, it has a USB 3.0 port and three USB 2.0 ports… is that correct?

Also, the robot runs on Ubuntu 18.04 and you mentioned support for Ubuntu 20.04. I don’t need anything beyond running Ubuntu server (no graphics, no sound, etc.) Is there any reason I can’t get 18.04 to run on the Rock Pi X?

Thanks

One usb 3, three usb 2. Ubuntu 18.04 works as well.

Great! I think this will solve my problem.
