Hi, I run Android 9 and tried to connect a mini mic via usb. At sound recorder it’s not detected. At Skype it’s not working properly - the sound recorded at sound test is too quite. Hardly not noticeable. How can it be fixed?

Hi, thanks for the reply! It’s not a head set. It’s a small usb mic. It’s working on my computer with iOS and notebook with windows 10 properly. but not on my rock 4 b with android 9.
No, I cannot find a bar to toggle e.g. the sensity of the mic.
How can the problem be fixed?
