USB C - mini jack

Hello,

I’m about to buy a Zero for a project and I need analog audio output.

Has someone tested an USB-C to mini jack adapter ?
Or maybe an other solution ?

Any USB audio device that has Linux support should work fine.

I would be more curious if someone has been able to get any of the i2s based DAC working similar to this one (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4037) But from what is here (https://wiki.radxa.com/Zero/hardware/gpio) I don’t see any native i2s on the right pins, so at minimum would need to bit bang it.

[edit: looks like someone has been working on this in the last few weeks.]
