Will external powered USB 3.0 HUB work on the USB C port? I would like to connect Ethernet card + storage.

I think the answer is no but you can have a try. The USB C on ROCK Pi S is USB 2.0 OTG. If you hub can provide power for the ROCK Pi S while act as a USB device, then it’s possible.
