I just started using all USB ports on my RockPi4C and just realized USB 3.0 port on Top doesn’t work. Only the USB 3.0 port at the bottom works. Both USB 2.0 ports work well too. I tested the troublemaker port with a quality USB Bluetooth tester meter and it gives 4.9V and 0.5Amps. Are these values suppose to be normal? I tested it with Debian 9 and Ubuntu-Desktop focal and Ubuntu-Mate without success. dmesg and lsusb only show one(1) USB 3 port in the system. Any thoughts here?
