Is there a testing version for trixie to upgrade from a bookworm version (CLI)?
If so, when will the stable version of trixie be available for download from the Radxa website https://docs.radxa.com/en/rock5/rock5c/download
Or is there a way to create a Debian version of trixie with Yoto Project https://docs.radxa.com/en/rock5/rock5c/other-os/yocto?
Is there no one at radxa who can tell me or write to me how to upgrade from Debian 12 (bookworm) to Debian 13 (trixie)? Am I having a bad dream?
In general, you cannot usually upgrade vendor distributions. You need to wait for a release and reflash.

If I believe my eyes, you claim that Debian created the distribution for Radxa.

It seems to me that the question doesn’t even arise with Debian Raspberry Pi, as versions follow one another without you really needing to look, except for very recent boards, see the link https://wiki.debian.org/RaspberryPiImages.
You cannot just install a generic Linux distro on an ARM machine (unless you have UEFI).
No, debian did not create a distro for Radxa, Radxa created their own Debian distro.
You can upgrade Raspberry Pi to trixie because they provide trixie packages. With Radxa - they don’t, because they are limited by what the vendor SDK (Rockchip) provides.
Let’s be pragmatic: the current version of bookworm for rock-5c provides packages from the Debian repositories. There’s also the vscodium repository, which should probably provide the rock-5c architecture along with the code for Rockchip. So we’ll have to wait for all these teams to update the repositories to enable upgrading from Debian 12 to Debian 13 from the Radxa site. The latter will have to offer the new image for download, and consequently update the repositories on its site. But how long will this take?
