Unable to activate the Radxa Zero 3W NPU

Im Unable to activate the NPU in the Radxa zero 3W.I followed the documentation it says we need to activate the NPU using the “rsetup” but in my case “rsetup” command is not found.So i followed the github “https://github.com/radxa-pkg/rsetup/” but getting some dependencies issue.

Commands executed:

sudo dmesg | grep rknpu ===> No output
sudo rsetup ===> Command not found

Radxa ZERO 3W configuration:

Quad-core Arm cortex-A55 @1.6GJ+Hz
Arm Mali G52-2EE GPU
Ubuntu-22.04 server
