Ubuntu for Rock 5b

I have a Rock 5B and need to install TensorFlow Federated on this. Sturuggling with it on Debian and the install instructions have been tested on Ubuntu. I cannot seem to find an Ubuntu image despite the fact that the radixa website seems to imply that one exists. Could someone point me in the right direction. Thanks
