I’ve been building a little chumby inspired kiosk based on a rock5b and the 8HD display. I was able to successfully add the overlays to the Armbian setup to get the screen to turn on and be recognized without issue. The only thing I’m presently struggling with is getting the touch component of the display working. I tried modprobing both goodix_ts and goodix_gt9xx but I believe I’m missing some calibration, as the touch is errant and doesn’t behave like the first party OS did during testing. Any advice would be welcome.
