This run of mill microSD card failure?

This run of mill microSD card failure? Or some type of bug? I rebooted, fsck ran and passed, it was set to force mode and repair yes… but I did not see it report any errors. So not sure what the following means:

Clearly the root file system went into read-only mode. This was on RADXA Zero 3E that is running the Debian B6 image (not the CLI variant, but the XFCE variant).
