You mean this?
https://wiki.radxa.com/Rock/specifications or RockPro64?

Hello,

I was refering to “ROCK PRO(Mid 2014)” at
https://wiki.radxa.com/Rock/specifications

What do you want to do with such an old device?
There is still some guides for rk3188 devices on freaktab.com forum
You can try to search there, maybe there is something useful.
But for firmware support or updates, the Radxa company that designed it is different from the company it is now, new management and merged with other companies, so I don’t think they can provide updates, only the wiki articles can still help.
Rockchip also discontinued the rk3188 more than 4 years ago and I don’t know of anyone still using rk3188 devices, so random users will also not be able to provide feedback.

Freaktab is your best bet, lots of users can respond there if it’s some general Android question you might have.

Rock Pro is discontinued, mostly is because the rk3188 is not in the list of “Rockchip’s open source chips”. The good is Rock Pro is upstreamed so you can have the latest kernel booting on Rock Pro with limited functions. Some driver such as nand flash is unliked to be upstreamed. I know that mmind was working on the rk3188 display driver.

You can post your questions here, we can support as much as we can but our efforts go more to the new generation board ROCK Pi 4 and ROCK Pi S etc.

Radxa company that designed it is different from the company it is now, new management and merged with other companies

Not exactly. There is some changes in the past years for the company but the team almost remains the same.

Thank You All for clarifying the support availability for Rock Pro.
