Stuck on boot from eMMC (Debian 9): tty1 not accept linaro or what?

Hi,

After dancing around with not working new RockPi eMMC adapter, and pushing Debian 9 image to /dev/mmcblk1 by dd, a boot from eMMC is not started.

So, I supposed what faulty adapter destroyed mmcblk1boot0 or mmcblk1boot1, or both. Since gparted was not to be able to see them (it only says “mmcblk1 read error” twice), I does restoring mbr(s) on both mmcblk1boot0 and mmcblk1boot1.

On boot, instead of nothing or Debian, I got:

Debian GNU/Linux 9 linaro-alip tty1
linaro-alip login:

There, after linaro/linaro, something blinks for 0.5 sec … and I am back at login.

I stuck there.

I am not sure I will repair boot after correct login, but I wont to get in to check if I will.

All around is about Rock Pi 4A.

Your’s,
Eugenius.

UPDATE and asking in more precise manner:

Someone can explain me why Debian is not starting X11, but stuck on tty1 login while booting from eMMC?
