No, Stewm does not support ARM based devices.

The steam client itself is not available for ARM processors. Most games won’t run on non Intel/AMD processors. The performance would be terrible, you’d need a translation layer to convert from amd64 to ARM.
Any modern game would need to be recompiled to work, leaving only Linux native games as options.

You are right well Im buying it for the cloud gaming anyways. So I guess for that it Will Work … I hope.
In that case, look into installing Android and installing the GeForceNow app. That really the only streaming option out there right now.
