Well I follow the manual

I explain my steps:
1: I burn image in eMMC I install in rockpi4 and system works fine.
2: Write image to SPI flash using mtd tool
3: write image to NVME with etcher image rockpi4b-ubuntu-bionic-minimal-20190104_2101-gpt.img It is the same one I use for the eMMC.
4: I remove the eMMC from the Rockpi4B board and install the NVME.
The system does nothing Green LED and constant red LED
