[Solved] Zero3W green led powers on for 5sec then turns off, nothing happens

My brand new Zero 3W was powering on, with flashing green light yesterday. I was able to boot linux and access the device over SSH once the green light was flashing.

Today I power on the Zero, the green light is on for a few seconds and then switches off. No sign of life, no network connectivity, nothing

Does this mean the Zero is dead? How can I diagnose the issue here?
