EDIT: Solved by reflashing the BIOS.
I can only boot my RPx by going into BIOS and using the “Reset System with ME disable ModeMED000”
I have to go into BIOS and manually select that every time. I have looked through BIOS but cannot find a permanent ME disable. Anyone have thoughts on this and/or possible checks?
System had been working fine with Win10 installed. When I boot ME disabled, Win10 boots. Otherwise, system hangs at green “fan” screen.
