So far 2 out of 3 Rock Pi's booting fine

Hi again as I said in my previous post I am new to this forum. I have so far gotten 2 out of 3 Rock Pi 5bs to boot. The 3rd one keeps going between green & blue led and seems like it keeps rebooting. Any way to debug this or is it an RMA issue? I am using power supply from Allhnet and same with eMMC and fan. Using the Ubuntu server 20.04. image.

Do you have some output on the serial console ?

Have not gotten this far yet. Do I connect with USB to windows for example and click the button to put it into debug mode? Will report back once I have tested serial console as well.

I would try a dumb psu 1st such as a Pi 5v USB-C or a USB-C adapter on 5v-20v.

That looks exactly like what mine does on 1st time PD and this has confused me but use a dumb psu boot up do a apt-get update/upgrade reboot again just for an extra and then shutdown swap psu back to pd and give it a try.
Prob not all the above is needed but likely some of the above and it will work.

Thanks will try that. Got a Pi 5v USB-C lying around somewhere.
