I’m running a SATA SSD via Key A/E 2 port SATA adapter on my X2L. Adapter works great but I have to use external power for the SATA SSD. Drive runs on 5 volts so I was thinking maybe I can connect to 5V GPIO pin for power, but I’m not certain there’s enough current here. I need 1-2 Amps. Anybody know what’s the max current output? Or maybe any other suggestions where to connect SSD for 5v power?
