I have a prototype of a RS232/DC(24V) Supply hat.
RS-232:
DSub-9 Connector
Either one RS-232 port with handshake lines (RTS/CTS) or two RS-232 ports without handshake lines
(As I used the pins of the 2nd RS-232 for handshake)
DC-Power Supply:
Switching Regulator for supplying ROCK Pi E with 2A @5V
Input Range: 6,5…36V
Formfactor:
Same size as ROCK Pi E.
Connectors are overlapping boundaries on side of LEDs.
2D Printed Case under construction.
