ROS on Ubuntu with ROCK Pi 4

I have installed Ubuntu on my ROCK Pi 4B plus version 1.72. I would like to install ROS. Any suggestion for ROS distribution? Thanks.

You can just install the Ubuntu and then follow the ROS tutorial.
