RockPiS Debian why is the throttle temperature only 50°C?

Hi all. I’ve just started my research on the RockPiS.
Only tried Debian until now.

I find it very strange that it throttles at 50°C. This is a very low temperature, and no workload can be done under this temperature without heatsink/fan.
It is clocked at almost 1.3Ghz. But when in use it immediately goes down to 1Ghz.
Not using a fan or heatsink. Greetings.

On Armbian Focal there’s no throttling. Maximum temperature is 68C. Always at 1.3Ghz. Performs a lot better multi-core.
I truly don’t get why you would throttle this at 50C.
