As i tried to setup env for installation of rockpi4b,but i got python errors.

For me, continental is enough 
However, if you expect some help, a little more info is necessary. What is a setup env(iroment)? One would expect that you downloaded some image (which?) and wrote it to an SD-card or some other boot medium?
