RockPi-E SATA HAT

How compatible are the RockPi-E’s GPIO pins with Raspi-4? Would the SATA HAT for RP4 made by radxa work on RockPi-E?
I’m just desperate for a dual Ethernet and dual SATA, so forgive me if it’s a dumb question.

Sorry, the SATA HAT is not compatible with the ROCK Pi E. If you want dual SATA + dual ethernet. Please wait for future ROCK Pi.
