RockPi-E hangs on reboot

Hi

My new RockPi-E works well except for a reboot. Have to power it off/on to recover. Is it a known problem? Any solution/workaround?
Running Armbian_20.11.10_Rockpi-e_buster_current_5.9.14 image.
