RPi4b powered by PoE HAT, running radxa version of ubuntu.
If I shutdown the device with shutdown -P, the device powers off briefly, then immediately powers on again. If I attempt to simply halt with shutdown -h, the same behavior. How do i get the device to stay powered off? I had wondered if this was some kind of WOL behavior, but according to what I have read, RPi4 does not support WOL. Any suggestions?
