Rock960C USB problem

@Lili: I’ve been having a problem with the USB port on the Rock960C. I actually have 2 of the boards, purchased separately, months apart, so it isn’t a case of the board being broken.

On BOTH boards, I have been unable to get the center USB port to work at all (the one designated for dual-mode), even just plugging in a keyboard doesn’t work. I’ve tried with the switch in both positions. Can you shed any light on this?

This is the forum for rock pi. It’s better to ask in the 96boards forum about rock960c.

For rock960c, the type C port is host only. The middle USB 3.0 A port is OTG.

In theory, I’d agree, however, that forum is completely dead. I asked there weeks ago, and have received no response.
