my rock5b currently not boot，with green led solid on, i have pressed the recovery botton, before i do this, it can enter maskrom and pc can disply found one device, now it no device found, is it dead?

Not necessary, please double check power adapter, cable and installed drivers. On some computers maskroom don’t work on each usb ports and sometimes You need different cables for different models. Green means some power but not much more.
If board don’t responds for maskroom and same thing works on another same board (I know, You need more than one) then there is some real problem
