Rock5B+ and 10FHD display black screen with Debian

Hello,
I’m using Rock5B+ with HDMI display and it’s ok. I tried to connect 10 FHD Display, add overlay with rsetup, reboot … but nothing appear, black screen.

Under Debian configuration tool, I see HDMI and DSI display but impossible to have an image on DSI display.

Do you have some informations about it ? Thank you in advance

Finally I tried the second interconnecting layer between Display and Rock5B+ and it works !
